A 37-year-old man, was charged with three felony sex offenses for attempting to take pictures of a 12-year-old boy in a bathroom at Wrigley Field on Saturday.

The boy and his father were in the bathroom together on Saturday when the man, who police identified as Nichols Gregor, positioned himself next to the boy and tried to take photos. The boy's father reported Gregor to security, and Gregor was taken into custody and charged with two counts of felony unauthorized videotaping, and one felony count of video taping in a public place.

Gregor, of Glendale Heights, is already a convicted sex offender. Listed in the Illinois Sex Offender Registry as Nicholas Gregor, he spent six months in jail after he was convicted in videotaping charges and child pornography charges back in 2011. The charges stemmed from a 2010 incident, the Sun-Times reports , where Gregor attempted to film a 14-year-old boy in a bathroom in St. Charles; once he was arrested, police found a cache of child porn on his home computer.
