This 7-Year-Old Cancer Survivor Might Be The Most Dedicated Cubs Fan

Cubs fans take their fandom very seriously, but who among the most devout fans can claim to have a body part dedicated to the team?
A couple years ago, 7-year-old Beckham Zobrist lost his eye to cancer, and, because children can be cruel and heartless, he also had to deal with taunting from classmates and T-ball players who called him a "freak." WGN reports that he begged for a new eye, and for Christmas, his parents got him exactly what he wanted: a custom-made prosthetic eye stamped with the Cubs logo on it.
Now he's the cool kid in the class and the Cubs clubhouse. Recently Zobrist paid a visit to the team, who was very gracious to him. Anthony Rizzo told Zobrist about how he, too, was a cancer survivor. Kyle Schwarber offered up his bat, who is out this season with an injury, said Zobrist could have his bat, since he wasn't using his:
Cubs bench coach Dave Martinez gave him a grand tour. He told WGN, "He’s my idol, and I look up to him and other kids like him that’s gone through what he’s gone through and wish him all the best."
Halfway through the visit, he whispered in the ear of his dad Nick Zobrist, "He did say, because we went to Disney World two years ago for Make-A-Wish, he told me that Make-A-Wish was now number two and this is number one."
