Smash hit musical Hamilton opens in Chicago on Sept. 27, and Broadway in Chicago just announced the second-most important Hamilton date: the day single tickets go on sale. You can commence buying tickets straight from the box office (rather than dusty, pre-saley corners of the internet) on June 21 at 10 a.m. CST. Ticket prices will run from $65 to $180, and you'll be able to purchase tickets for shows from opening day through March 19, 2017.

Tickets will be available in a variety of ways, including online through Broadway in Chicago and Ticketmaster, and by phone at 800-775-2000. You can also buy tickets in person at the PrivateBank Theatre box office, located at 18 W. Monroe.

The musical, created by Lin-Manuel Miranda, has been nominated for a whopping 16 Tony awards, and has made the entire city of New York hysterical. You can read more about the show (if you haven't already read about the whole plot and listened to the soundtrack and checked out its mascot camel)
