Riot Fest just added their final spate of bands to the 2016 lineup, and there are a few genuine surprises in there. We're most excited to see The Flaming Lips, Sleater-Kinney (!!!) and Kathleen Hanna's latest band The Julie Ruin. Other new acts on the bill: The Bronx and The Far East.

The fest has also added an artist to the bands performing "classic" albums over the weekend. Bob Marley's son, Julian Marley, will be playing Exodus, one of his father's most iconic albums. Other "classic" albums you can expect over the weekend are White Zombie’s Astro-Creep: 2000, Social Distortion's White Light, White Heat, White Trash, and The Hold Steady's raucous Boys & Girls in America.

We've also received the daily lineups, giving us a glimpse into what to expect (and what scheduling choices might have to be made). Friday is a tough one, since it looks like The Flaming Lips are up against Ween; one has never put on a disappointing live show in all the years we've seen them, and the other is making a much anticipated return to the stage. We may have to flip a coin. Saturday is a much easier choice, since a rare Morrissey set trumps all other possible choices. And Sunday sees the return of The Original Misfits, so that's not a difficult decision either.

Riot Fest takes place Sept. 16 to 18 in Douglas Park. Single day tickets go on sale at noon today, and three-day passes are still available as well.

Here's a look at those full daily lineups.
