Smoque BBQ Is Latest Restaurant To Join The Giant Loop Food Hall

The exciting surprises keep coming as Revival Food Hall, the giant food hall coming to the loop this fall, reveals more and more tenants. The latest? Smoque BBQ.

Smoque is one of the most popular BBQ spots in the city, with a huge following and many awards and accolades. They'll be bringing a pared-down version of their main menu to Revival, and they'll be smoking everything on-site in the Loop, which, we suspect, will make the entire place smell irresistibly delicious. Look forward to brisket, chicken, pulled pork, jalepeno-smoked sausage, smoked turkey and more.

A statement from owner Barry Sorkin falls right in line with what the owners of Revival told us a few months back: the goal is to get neighborhood favorites in front of more people. “We get people in the restaurant who drive from downtown to 3800 Pulaski for lunch,” Sorkin says. “But we know you can’t do that on a daily basis. This opens us up to an audience that is familiar with us, but who will now be able to experience what we offer more frequently.”

Also announced recently were a few more vendors, including Aloha Poke Co., The Budlong and Brown Bag Seafood Company. This place is getting seriously exciting.
