Pop-up markets rock, but they all seem to happen on weekend mornings. What if you're more in the mood for cocktails than coffee while you shop? Head to Sauced, the night market that combines the best of food, retail, art and music.

Next Wednesday at Thalia Hall in Pilsen, Sauced returns for its latest installment. From 6 to 11 p.m., there will be food from the likes of Seoul Taco, Oxtail, Hapa and Prince Po'Boys and drinks from Virtue Cider, Revolution Brewery and Brooklyn Brewery.

Retail ranges from fancy shoes to candles to jewelry to art, and most exciting of all, a live art installation will take place during the market. Roho Garcia and Jose Ramirez will be on stage at Thalia painting as you shop. Speaking of Thalia, what a great venue for a market like this - it's so expansive that you'll feel like you're at an open air street market, but without the risk of rain and heatstroke. Plus, make a reservation at Dusek's or check out Punch House once you're done shopping.

The whole thing is free to attend, so what's stopping you? Mark your calendars now.
