Kanye West: "Wolves"

Kanye West on Friday shared a new video for "Wolves," a track from his excellent 2016 album, Life of Pablo.

It's a lush, monochromatic clip, filmed in high-contrast black-and-white, and it features Sia and Chicago rapper Vic Mensa (who appear on the song) plus a tearful Kanye, Kim Kardashian, Cindy Crawford and Kylie Jenner, among others. Directed by photographer Steven Klein, the video is part of a collaboration with French fashion house Balmain, according to Vogue. As Pitchfork points out, the video features another new version of the song, which has already been released in a couple of different iterations.

It's the first video from West since his controversial "Famous" video, which featured nude replicas of Taylor Swift, Donald Trump, Rihanna and others in bed with Kim and Kanye. We don't anticipate quite so much fallout and intrigue over this one.

Check out the clip below, then take a second to revisit West's rare (and moderately Swift-baiting) walk-on cameo at Wednesday's Drake and Future show in Chicago.
