High Humidity And Heavy Thunderstorms Are Likely Today

It looks like its just going to be one of those days, weather-wise.

We’re likely in store for more of the rain that showered the Chicago area this morning, and it probably won’t do much to lessen the humidity.

According to weather.com, there’s a 90 percent chance we’ll see heavy thunderstorms around noon, with continued scattered thunderstorms possible through the early afternoon. According to National Weather Service-Chicago, some areas could see additional rainfall after 6 p.m.

Weather.com and Accuweather both show a likelihood of thunderstorms in the late evening, also, around 10 and 11 pm.

And throughout it all, humidity won’t fall below 79 percent, according to Accuweather.
