This Video Of Bittersweet Bakery's Cake Frosting Is Mesmerizing and Delicious

Sometimes, you're just (hungrily) clicking around your favorite food internet and you run into something so wonderfully simple and delicious that you can't stop watching it over and over and over.

Or maybe that's just me.

Anyway, this video of Bittersweet Pastry Shop's pastry chef Mindy Gohr putting a perfectly smooth finish on a cake took away at least 20 minutes of my life, so now I'm passing it on to you. I've always marveled at the signature smooth finish of Bittersweet cakes, and while I'm sure this is Pastry Chef 101 stuff, it's exciting for us mere mortals.
