Fact: We're still in our pajamas, and thousands of Chicagoans have already run 26.2 miles this morning.

The Chicago Marathon blew through Chicago for another year early Sunday morning, as more than 37,000 people, many from around the U.S. and the world, ran the course that made its way through 29 Chicago neighborhoods as far south as Bronzeville and as far north as Lakeview.

Kenyan Abel Kirui won the marathon in 2 hours, 11 minutes and 22 seconds after pulling ahead of the pack in the final mile, according to the Tribune. 29-year-old Kenyan Florence Kiplagat won the women's race for a second year in a row in 2 hours, 21 minutes and 32 seconds. Tatyana McFadden won in the wheelchair race for the sixth year in a row wth a finish of 1:42:28.
