Photo: Hillary Was Freaking Out About The Cubs' Pennant Win, Too

Hillary Clinton didn't celebrate quite like Wrigleyville did when the Cubs clinched their World Series berth this weekend. She didn't climb a light pole in celebration, and she also didn't stick her head through a sunroof to wave a W flag on the freeway. However, even while busy running for President, she did manage to make an unmistakable The Curse Has Lifted Face heard 'round the internet:
That look when you cap off a day on the trail by watching the @Cubs cement their trip to the #WorldSeries. #FlyTheW pic.twitter.com/94KMWpKHwe

The photo, first tweeted by her traveling press secretary Nick Merrill, has sparked various stories on whether she's really loyal to the Cubs, her hometown team; the Yankees (the team she rooted for as a New York senator; or an evil mercenary, #BernieorBust. In the Sun-Times, Lynn Sweet argues basically the latter: that Clinton is a baseball flip-flopper, alternating between the Cubs and the Yankees at her political convenience. The New York Times, meanwhile, argues her "Cubs fandom is not really open to dispute."
We have to side with the New York Times on this one. Clinton may not have openly heckled the Yankees, but only a Cubs fan could make that face. We can barely make that face if we haven't had a couple coffees first.
