A man was charged with criminal sexual abuse Thursday after being accused of masturbating on the CTA Blue Line earlier this fall and then touching a woman without her consent, according to the Sun-Times Media Wire.

Torrence Ivy, 28, of South Austin, allegedly began masturbating on a Blue Line train while sitting in a handicap-designated seat across from a woman during the Oct. 29 morning commute. He was staring at the woman, prosecutors said while he was being arraigned in court, and When the woman got up to leave the train before her stop, Ivy reportedly "placed his face and mouth on her buttocks, also making contact with her vaginal area," as Assistant State's Attorney Kristin Estrada described it, according to the Sun-Times Media Wire report.

Ivy's actions were reportedly captured on CTA surveillance footage, and police were able to identify him as the person responsible. Ivy is reportedly a registered sex offender who was convicted of criminal sexual abuse in 2007. Ivy was ordered held in jail on a bond of $250,000.
