1 Man Killed In Semi Crash On I-55 In Bolingbrook

One man was killed when two semi trucks crashed early on Tuesday morning near Bolingbrook on I-55. The fatal collision stopped all northbound traffic on the interstate for several hours, according to reports.
The crash happened at around 3:20 a.m., according to Illinois State Police. William A Hansen Jr., 60, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was identified as the driver who was killed; the second driver involved in the crash was taken to the hospital with undisclosed injures, according to the Sun-Times.

Lanes were reopened as of 9 a.m. but commuters might still experience some morning delays due to the crash, IDOT said.
