A 16-year-old boy has been charged with one felony count of aggravated criminal sexual assault with a firearm in a Humboldt Park attack from December.

The attack happened on Dec. 14 at just before 4 a.m., according to police. A woman, 23, and a man, 30, were sitting in a parked car in the 2700 block of Crystal Street when four gunmen moved up to the couple and robbed them. The 16-year-old boy then hit the woman in the head with a handgun, forced her into the back seat of a vehicle and sexually assaulted her, police said in a release sent on Friday. Another one of the armed robbers also sexually assaulted the woman, police said in December.

Two of the four gunmen were described as teenagers with "baby faces" by police last month in an alert. Police said they were helped in making the arrest by response to the community alert.

Authorities are still looking for the three other suspects.
