A gorgeous, live/work loft space in Logan Square is up for sale for $675,000. You may recognize the space from our tour of Pitchfork Media—the West Fullerton Avenue loft served as the headquarters for the company's design, development, advertising and festival staff after editorial staff moved to New York in 2011.

Now, the residential space is on the real estate market. Once a single family home, the space is zoned as an office building or could be used as a single family home with a special use permit, according to realtors.
