Spring Awakening Announces Additional Perfomers

We're still stuck in WINO (Winter In Name Only) mode, so it is still hard for us to get too excited about the Spring. Which is probably unfortunate for the Spring Awakening Music Festival (SAMF), since their Winter rollout of this year's line-up isn't feeling like the respite from icy winds it usually does.

Yet, the rollout continues with today's announcement of the second wave of musical acts appearing at this year's fest, located in Addams/Medill Park from June 9 to 11.

The second wave isn't filled with as many big acts as the initial announcement, but we are pleased to see Chicago's trap scene find representation with the addition of Keys N Krates. And we still have a bunch of acts to go since we're not even halfway to the 80 or so acts the fest has promised will be playing.
