A man who was arrested last year for taking video of boys and men using the bathroom at Wrigley Field was sentenced to eight years in prison.
Nichols Gregor, 37, of Villa Park, pleaded guilt to charges related to his June arrest, the Sun-Times reports.
Gregor was stopped by a man after he was spotted holding a black bag in the direction of the groin of the man's 12-year-old son as the child used a urinal, prosecutors reportedly said. Police recovered a cellphone, two camera and a digital recorder—which contained recordings of men and boys under age 18 using the bathroom, prosecutors said (via Tribune).
Gregor had pleaded guilty in 2011 to charges of possession of child pornography and illegally taping of minors—crimes for which he was sentenced to six months in prison, according to reports. That conviction stemmed from a 2010 arrest in which Gregor was filmed a 14-year-old boy in a St. Charles bathroom at a swim meet, according to the Trib.
