The Evanston home where the iconic teen movie classic 16 Candles was filmed is back on the market, after sellers attempted to sell it last summer and delisted in in October. They're now asking $1.425 million for the 3,250 square-foot home, where Molly Ringwald's character lived with her family in the John Hughes film.
The three-story, six-bedroom home last sold for $1.25 million in 2006. The four-bathroom brick home sits at 3022 Payne St., and features a media room and an outdoor kitchen with a wood burning stone fireplace.
