Each year, Food & Wine Magazine names it's 10 Restaurants of the Year. It's a rich list of some of the best food that America has to offer, and they tend to pick winners. For example, last year's Chicago entry on the list, Monteverde, just won a Beard award! This year, the arbiters of culinary taste at Food & Wine have selected Roister as a Restaurant of the Year.

Roister, the casual spot in Fulton Market from the team behind Alinea, Next and the Aviary, has received near-universal acclaim from guests and critics (except for people who complain that it can be too loud) and reportedly, their fried chicken is one of the best in the universe. Chef Andrew Brochu runs the show, and while walk-ins are available, Roister uses the Tock ticketing system for most of its diners.

There are still plenty of reservations left for this weekend, so snag them now!
