It's summer, which means lots of patio dining, rooftops and drinking pink wine. Plus plenty of great deals on fresh, delicious oysters (that rule about months ending in R doesn't really apply anymore). Here are three amazing dining deals running in May.

Bad Hunter is starting a pretty great deal to encourage your day drinking habit. Starting May 15, on Monday afternoons from noon to 2 p.m., they'll be running a $2 rose special. No catch, no purchase requirements, just drink. It's part of a larger #lunchwine promo, where Bad Hunter features $9 wines by the class during lunch every weekday.

If you're in town on Memorial Day weekend, you have to head to Shaw's, which is hosting its traditional oyster special blowout. Shaw's hosts my favorite oyster happy hour in town: from 4 to 6 p.m. every day, one variety of east and one variety of west coast oysters are half-priced. But on Memorial Day the special runs all day long. So park yourself at the Oyster Bar and start slurping.

So you've got rose, and you've got oysters. What about the combination? Sink | Swim has you covered. Every Wednesday, they're hosting Rose & Oyster Happy Hour from 5 to 11 p.m. For $40, you get a bottle of rose and a dozen oysters, which sounds like just about all I need for a perfect evening.

Start shucking and sipping!
