Between impending free landmark tours and news of an upcoming Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired bar in the West Loop, we've had the modernist master architect on the brain as of late. As it happens, so do a number of Chicago-area realtors. Several houses designed by our favorite Prairie School companion are on the market right now, it turns out. The folks are Curbed Chicago do a great job of alerting whenever an FLW property lists—or when a long-listed property takes a chop. Here are two that caught our eye most. Scroll the gallery above for additional photos.

F.B. Henderson House
301 South Kenilworth Ave.
This very Prairie home is notable in part for its wide-open formal rooms and a dramatic, yawning gallery space. The Elmhurst standout was built in 1901 and can be yours for a mere $1.1 million. View the listing.

Laura Gale House
6 Elizabeth Court, Oak Park
Again representative of the Wright's Prairie impulse, this one is famed for its pronounced rectilinear clarity (check out that floor plan) and as an aesthetic harbinger to his iconic Fallingwater, in Pennsylvania. Move in for just $1.075 million. View the listing.
