Earlier Tuesday, we brought you the story of JoJo, the new mascot for Jewel, which kind of looks like Telly from Sesame Street and the Kool-Aid Man had a love child. The internet has, well, it's reacted, and it's been making us laugh all day.

"This is a weirdo nightmare, but also it is literally the most friendly Jewel employee I've ever seen."
"It looks like drunk me tried to draw Elmo."
"Mariano's has two full bars and in-house guacamole. Jewel has a monster whose name is an all caps repetition of the store's initials."
