According to the Tribune, the man appears to be the father of three children who were all on the boat when the child fell in the water. Lifeguards heard the child and the man go into the water, and rowed out in a boat to help the child. Shortly after fire responders attempted to rescue the man, who was not wearing a jacket and was found under the water by helicopter divers.
