Police Looking For Suspects In Rash Of Bicycle Robberies In South Loop

Police over the weekend shared photos of three men who are suspected in a series of robberies that targeted bicycles in the South Loop and Printer's Row. Between June 20 and July 4, the offenders at least seven times broke into garages and looked to steal "high end" bikes, according to police.

The robberies happened at the following locations and times:
1200 block of South Wabash Avenue on June 22 at 9:06 p.m.
1300 block of South Wabash Avenue on June, 20 at 1:30 p.m.
1400 block of South Michigan Avenue on June 28 at 3:48 a.m.
1400 block of South Michigan Avenue on July 2 at 11 a.m.
100 block of West Polk Street between June 30 and July 1 at 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
1000 block of South Clark Street between July 1 and 2 at 10 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
1400 block of South Michigan Avenue between July 1 and 4 at 5 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Police described the suspects as two black men, between the ages of 35 and 45, both seen wearing yellow work vests; and one white man, between the ages of 25 and 30, who was spotted wearing a black and blue Cubs baseball cap.
