Niklas Hjalmarsson, the just-traded former Blackhawks star, listed his Lakeview mansion last week for sale, with a $3.199 million asking price.

Hjalmarssson purchased the then-newly-built Lakeview home in 2015 for $2.32 million. He later bought the property next door and demolished it to create a side yard. Together, the double-lot property was put on the market July 5 at 3821 N. Wayne Ave. As the realtor Alex Till explained to Crains, it's unusual "to have a side yard this size in the Southport Corridor."

The home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms over 4,600 square feet, according to the real estate listing, and special amenities include a butler's pantry, a steam/body spray shower, a soaking tub, heated floors, a rec room with a wet bar, dishwasher and wine fridge, and two roof decks.

Hjalmarsson, an Olympic silver-medalist who was with the Blackhawks for their three most recent Stanley Cup wins, was recently traded to the Arizona Coyotes last month.
