Brew Camp On Damen Avenue Is Now Closed

If you're a homebrewer, this is bad news: Brew Camp has closed its Lincoln Square location.

The business, which focused on home brewing supplies and classes, announced the closure on Facebook:

Friends, it's become necessary to close our Damen Avenue location. We have sincerely loved working for you the past six years here in Lincoln Square / Ravenswood. The money coming in is simply less than the money going out. We hope to be able to reopen a location in this beautiful neighborhood again someday.

For a time, Brew Camp also had a location in Evanson, which is now closed as well. Their website is currently down.
