The annual North Coast Music Festival works the seemingly unlikely (but actually quite complementary) intersection between jam bands, electronic dance music and hip-hop—and the best fashion on display over the weekend very much reflects that disparate but harmonious vibe. You get a mixture of tie-dyed neo-hippie looks, Stevie Nicks gypsy updates, contemporary "indie" fashion and plenty of go-hard, gonzo EDM neon—truly where PLUR meets plurnt.
