Industrial pioneers Nine Inch Nails will appear for a live conversation event at the Wicker Park location of Reckless Records (1379 N Milwaukee Ave.) on Thursday at 6 p.m., the record store announced this morning.
The first 50 attendees will get a signed triple-vinyl copy of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross' Vietnam War soundtrack. There will apparently also be other giveaway goodies at the special Q&A appearance, which of course falls a day before the band's big headlining slot at Riot Fest. "You can buy some vinyl releases that are not available anywhere else," the announcement reads.
Wristbands will be given out beginning at noon today (Thursday). Nine Inch Nails are one of those bands that hold a whole lot of significance for a whole lot of people, so expect a crowd. If you can't make it, you can tune in to the band's Facebook page for a live stream.
