Take A Look Inside Ex-Bear Brandon Marshall's Stunning Loop Condo, On Sale For $5M

Former Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall has apparently gotten off to rocky start with the New York Giants, but we like to remember him here for the rather spectacular three-year run he had with the Bears. And to no one's surprise, it looks like Marshall had an appropriately spectacular pad during his time here, with some of the most jaw-dropping views we've seen this side of the Signature Lounge.
Marshall's impossibly luxe condo unit, which just hit the market for $5 million, sits high inside the landmark Montgomery Ward building, across from Millennium Park, on Michigan Avenue. It sprawls across more than four floors, with four full bathrooms, four bedrooms and 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a majestic wraparound terrace.
But the pièce de résistance certainly appears to be the overlook, bordered by a series of grand columns and arching frames, that gives way to those stunning views. The room was actually once an open-air observatory, according to Crain's real-estate reporter Dennis Rodkin, who first reported the listing.
