A 3-story corner live/work building just a few blocks from Humboldt Park has gone up for sale. Built in 1893, the building is three stories high and it is unusual in that it is zoned for both residential and commercial use. It also looks pretty cool inside.

It's listed on Estately for $990,000. According to Curbed Chicago, tenants currently occupy all three floors, including a graphic design firm. The building is on a corner lot at 2701 W. Thomas Street, right on the border of Humboldt Park and West Town, just southeast of the park.

Each floor has three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and a porch. There are four garages on the ground floor. The space was rehabbed about 20 years ago, and it has some lovely masonry and exposed brick on each floor.
