If you've been working on writing an episode of CSI or Bones (which...is secretly great), have we got a mystery-solving method for you: A Canadian scientist uses isotope analysis on teeth and bones to discover where people lived and where their mothers were pregnant, based on the make-up of the water they drank. Mmmm, science-y. The methods confirmed that the still unidentified little boy whose body was found in a laundry bag in Naperville lived in the area and also uncovered that his mother was pregnant in Michigan or Canada.

Freddie Wilson's family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Chicago Police Department. Wilson was shot 18 times during what police say was a traffic stop on November 13.
