Jeez, start to fund a transit agency and it starts splurging like a terminally ill bipolar who won the lottery.
And by "splurge", I mean, "start to provide services it should have done all this time"
I love dinasours as much as the 10 year old little kid down the street. But when they say 'discovered a new dinosaur', they really mean 'discovered an unidentified broken rib bone and top jaw', and then proceed to computer animate an entirely new beast around these two fragments and call it a dinosaur.- thats only for the new ones though.
