The two people involved in this weekend's incident on the Mag Mile, which ended with one of the suspects shot by police in a struggle, have been charged. According to Chicago Breaking News:
Sheila Ferguson, 30, of the 3700 block of West 13th Street was charged with two counts of aggravated battery of a peace officer, one count of disarming a peace officer and one count of forgery, according to a police news release. Her alleged accomplice, Cornelius Banks, 19, of the 800 block of Williams Court in Schaumburg was charged with one count of aggravated battery of a peace officer, according to the release.
Ferguson remains hospitalized due to her injuries. The CBN story also reports that the car used by the pair in the incident was allegedly purchased using a stolen identity.

the comments on that story are next level. i think a new record was set for how fast someone tied the argument back to "i'd rather deal with ____________ than chads/frat boys/yuppies in lincoln park"
I'm just wondering where was the Chicagoist Coverage of the "Chicago State University Revolt" that was crushed by the those HNC of the Daley Plantation

here's one link. we, admittedly, didn't cover it as much as places like the Trib or Chi-Town Daily News did. Most of the time it was a link in Extra, Extra
actually your coverage was equally to the tribe and the Suntimes, which is telling. The only thing you didn't include was the give us our Daley bread ministers who basically told the students to shut up and stay in thier place
