Okay, we're kind of kidding. But seriously, Bank of America did put in the winning (and only) bid on the convicted real estate developer Tony Rezko's Wilmette mansion. BoA held the $5.9 million mortgage that Rezko defaulted on, still owing over $5 million.
The price? $2,835,814, the minimum bid set before the auction. [Sun-Times]
