Lollapalooza Looks to Bowles To Spearhead Food Courts

Last year Graham Elliot Bowles spent Lollapalooza cooking for Jane's Addiction and working the food court. This year Lollapalooza's organizers have tapped the chef and hard-core music geek to bring the best this city has to offer to Grant Park.

A survey has been set up at the Lollapalooza website for ticketholders to list what they'd like to see at their "Chow Town" pavilions. Personally, we'd love to see Bowles setting up shop, matching blood sausage corn dogs or sexy burgers next to the Tamale Men. Make it happen, people.
