Scream Real Loud In The General Vicinity Of Vince Vaughn

2010_05_06_nhl.jpg If you've ever wanted to star in a movie alongside Vince Vaughn, and you're a Blackhawks fan (or can pretend to be one), here's your chance.

Via REEL CHICAGO we've learned that Vaughn's new movie, the Ron Howard-directed comedy Cheaters, is looking for extras. Specifically needed are at least 1,500 hockey fans to make up the crowd at a scene being shot at the United Center later this spring.

The casting call is open to everyone 16 years and older, and is May 22, 11-4, at the Chicago Academy of the Arts (1010 W. Chicago). Atmosphere Casting owner John Kinnas says, "If you've got Blackhawks apparel, like jerseys, caps, T-shirts, wear it and we'll photograph you in your gear."

Cheaters also stars Channing Tatum, Queen Latifah, Kevin James, Jennifer Connelly, and Winona Ryder. So what's it like to be a movie extra? To get an idea, check out our interview with Jeremy Wells, who was an extra on Dennis Quaid's football flick The Express.
