It's great when someone else does the legwork to find us tasty things to drink, but credit needs to be given - Grubstreet Chicago hoofed it all over the city looking for the best in Spring cocktails, and they found some doozies. Many Chicagoist favorites, including Sable, The Bristol and Lula Cafe are on the list, along with some surprises, like a Ramp Gibson from Hearty.

The Ramp Gibson is surprisingly simple (and, we're sure, surprisingly strong). All you have to do is infuse vodka with ramp leaves for 4-5 days, and mix 2 ounces of the flavored vodka with 2 ounces of straight vodka. Unfortunately, given their popularity, the hardest part might be finding some ramps to infuse in the first place. Grubstreet also has the recipe for the Tahiti Traveler, a tiki-style drink from Terrace at Trump's tropical summer makeover.
