Humpday Afternoon Diversion: This is Not a Chupacabra

The Cupacabra has reached the status of the Yeti, the Loch Ness monster and Bigfoot in the pantheon of natural myths. This is not a chupacabra and we want to know why the people who put so much effort in trapping this animal didn't think to take it to a vet to find out exactly what it is.

But they called NBC, though.

  • Really? You take the pic to the vet, not the animal. You let the mysterious animal loose. You don't know what disease it is carrying. It looks almost big enough to eat someones cat.

  • Antismoking mania has gone too far if it's forcing health care workers to risk their lives facing the horror of the chupacabra just to get a smoke.

  • It's a fox. With mange. No big deal.
