Chipotle BOOrito Fundraiser Tonight, Plus Another Adorable Music Video

By Samantha Abernethy in Food on Oct 31, 2011 6:25PM

Chipotle released another beautiful video today in its campaign against factory farming, while promoting its BOOrito fundraiser tonight at all Chipotle restaurants. To participate, go to any Chipotle restaurant tonight from 6 p.m. to close, dressed in a costume inspired by the family farm. You can purchase a burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos for $2. Chipotle hopes to raise $1 million to support Farm Aid and the Cultivate Foundation.

The last video from the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation was heartwarmingly adorable, with animated pigs and Willie Nelson covering Coldplay's "The Scientist." This one is much darker, though. It's more like the opening scenes of a good episode of "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" Three boys explore an abandoned house and learn about its former occupants, the family farmers. It's all set to a haunting version of "Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" by Karen O.
