Derrick Rose was Rookie of the Year in 2008-09, last year's MVP, a second time starter this year for the All-Star game and was given a $95 million, five-year contract extension, just to mark a few accomplishments the young point guard achieved while with Chicago. He can now add one more to his resume: a "lifetime" deal with Adidas as a spokesperson.

A "lifetime" contract with Adidas is for 13 years and is worth $185 million, which makes it the second biggest shoe deal in NBA history. The top is Michael Jordan's deal with Nike.

Rose says he is "blessed" with this contract, but doesn't think the money will impact his game. He told the Chicago Tribune, "I know that with the way that I play and how hard I work, I know I should be fine."

There's no reason not to take him at his word. Rose is one of the most humble and hardest working players in the NBA. While a lucrative shoe deal is nice for his wallet, it also means his feet won't get floor burn on fast breaks from holes in his sneakers.
