A baby girl is hospitalized in serious-to-critical condition after being shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting in the Woodlawn neighborhood.

Police say the six-month-old baby was in a parked minivan with her father, who is also in serious-to-critical condition, when someone opened fire on the vehicle, leaving the driver's side window shattered.

According to the Tribune, the baby was shot in the arm and leg. According to DNAinfo, the baby is named Johnylah Watkins. She is the daughter of 25-year-old Joe Watkins and Joenna Watkins, 21.

A source told the Sun-Times that the man is a "documented gang member." Police were questioning several suspects at the scene, but no arrests have been made.
