"Perma-kitten" and Internet sensation Lil Bub's latest adventure took her to the Field Museum, where she got to see some of her ancestors, mistake birds for the museum's cafeteria and fall head over heels for the most perfect Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton ever discovered by paleontologists: Sue.

For those wondering what a "perma-kitten" is how this applies to Lil Bub and why we're fascinated with her, let's look at Wikipedia, shall we?

"Lil Bub is a 'perma-kitten,' a dwarf and a polydactyl cat. Her tongue always hangs out because of her short lower jaw and toothlessness but her appetite is unaffected.

"Lil Bub also suffers from a rare bone disorder called osteopetrosis for which she takes medication. Lil Bub's short legs and osteopetrosis restricts her movement 'but she is a fantastic waddler.' "
