26-Year-Old Man Found Fatally Stabbed In River North Apartment

A man was found stabbed to death inside an apartment in River North, according to police.

The victim, 26, was found in the 500 block of North State Street at around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday "with lacerations to the body," police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Authorities did not have anyone in custody as of Friday morning. We'll update as more information is made available.
