When it's this cold and icy, the last thing we can imagine doing is sitting outside at a ball game. But spring will one day arrive, and we're sure some of you will want to spend time enjoying the nicer weather at Wrigley Field.

Thanks largely to the ubiquity of the Food Network, everyone dabbles a bit in gourmet these days. Even bars that one would think should only cater in standard pub grub are going out of their way and dressing up their burgers with buns and sides our grandparents wouldn't dream of when they were our age. We're not knocking it, mind you. We're just saying that sometimes we just want a burger to just be a burger.

Chicagoist co-editors Rachelle Bowden and Scott Smith will be guests on...

Today would be a good time to go make friends with your IT guys and see if they've got any unused computers they'll let you set up for a day, because Cubs single game tickets go on sale tomorrow.
