What the eff is going on in Munster these days? People are using cheese graters as weapons, depositing $1,000 bills and now 60-pound tortoises are roaming around. Good lord.

Tank, an African spur thigh tortoise, had been wandering Indiana for over two weeks, after escaping from his home. He was found in Munster and has since returned to his owners. [AP, photo of a non-Tank tortoise by Stacy Lynn]
