How Should Rob Lowe Sound as Drew Peterson?

By Chuck Sudo in Arts & Entertainment on Jul 13, 2011 7:11PM

We've already seen what Rob Lowe would look like as Drew Peterson and he's still too damn good-looking even to play the churlish D-Pete. We've been wondering how Lowe should sound as Peterson, since he has a distinctive accent.

We're hoping Lowe is studying clips like this. If he's having a hard time nailing the D-Pete cadence, he may want to consider starting with a Dennis Franz baseline.

Before working his way down to a Dennis Farina.

For a Canadian, Dan Aykroyd has a good Chicago accent.

You have your Daleys, of course. Daley the Elder.

And the former Elective Majesty.

Our personal favorite is this one.

Jim Belushi, whom Steve Dahl calls "the funniest living Belushi," should only be used as a last resort.
