Restaurant News: Dirk Flanigan Creates Falafill Wrap, Rick Bayless Auctions Off Private Cooking Class

• Falafill announced its latest chef wrap and it sounds delicious—as usual. Dirk Flanigan of The Gage and Henri has made a wrap with custom beluga lentil falafel, smoked shallot duck vinaigrette, spicy giardiniera, radish, frisée, and pickles. It's available all month at Falafill's Lakeview and Loop locations.
• Have thousands of dollars lying around? Rick Bayless is auctioning off a hands-on cooking class for four people in his home kitchen, a tour of his backyard garden, and dinner for four to Frontera Grill to benefit the Frontera Farmer Foundation. The current bid is $5,350, or you can buy it outright for $15,000.
• Rhapsody will be closing for four to six weeks in July, then reopening with a new name and menu. The chef, Dean Zanella, will stay in place.
