All of the beef burgers are made with Q7 Ranch beef. The rolls are butter brioche.

This is a \"Hobo Burger,\" which changes based on what ingredients the kitchen has on hand. This Hobo Burger had watermelon, beets, avocado, greens, and slaw.

This is \"Abby\'s Burger.\" It is garlicky and topped with truffle aioli.

That\'s a lot of cheddar (and this isn\'t even a rap video).

This is Inovasi\'s Dark n\' Stormy.

This is a drink made with gin, ginger beer, and an orange rind.

Your bread is served with bean paste, but unwrinkle your nose because it\'s actually quite good.

The burger menu only shows its face on Tuesdays.

Those dogs seem pretty tired, or bored. You can sit outside at Inovasi while the weather is still warm.

Yes, we know, Men’s Health just named Butcher & the Burger the manliest place to get a burger in the USA. And yes, we know that there are lots of places to get a great burger in the city. But if you’re a fan of Chef John des Rosiers, you’ve got to get yourself up to des Rosiers’ Lake Bluff restaurant Inovasi for burger night.

Inovasi prepares a special burger menu on Tuesdays, and the menu changes often. Pictured here are Abby’s Burger and Curtis’ Hobo Burger. The Hobo Burger changes based on whatever’s handy in the kitchen. All the beef burgers are made with Q7 Ranch beef, and range in price between $11 and $23. The most decadent of the burgers on the menu is John’s, which includes aged Gouda and fois gras torchon.

Inovasi also has regular drink specials, including an excellent Dark n’ Stormy.
