Insane Clown Posse said police are the reason they were forced to move their "Hallowicked" concert from Royal Oak, Mich. to Detroit because police voiced their concern about the duo's fan base (and FBI-classified gang), the Juggalos.

An ICP rep told TMZ the show at the Royal Oak Music Theater was nearly sold out when venue owners decided to cancel it, and the group is convinced it's because police Royal Oak police persuaded the venue to cancel the gig because of "the type of crowd (ICP) bring." Royal Oak Police told TMZ they were concerned about being short of resources for the show. What resources? Juggalos buy (or steal?) their own Faygo.

The FBI listed the Juggalos on its 2011 Gang Threat Assessment, prompting Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J to file a Freedom of Information Act request for "whatever information led the organization to classify the Juggalos a gang." ICP then filed a lawsuit against the FBI on Sept. 25.

Not all was lost for ICP, however. They managed to move their show to Detroit's Fillmore Theater and spin it as a "the law can't keep me down" tale, saying "Halloween will not be spoiled."
