Free Stuff: Doughnut Giveaway At Glazed And Infused Friday

The doughnut wars in Chicago are heating up as Glazed and Infused gets ready to open its newest location. Back in May, when we covered the opening of their first location in Wicker Park, Glazed and Infused was planning to open another location in the Armitage Brown Line stop by late summer. It didn't quite work out that way, but the new store will finally be opening in the next couple of weeks. To celebrate, they will be giving away free doughnuts in the new location Friday, Dec. 7.

The Armitage store isn't quite ready to open yet, so don't go planning to buy dozens of doughnuts. But Glazed and Infused will be trucking in 600 donuts to give away starting at 7 a.m. So If you're headed to work on the Brown line, go early, as we suspect lines will be long. The giveaway ends whenever they run out of donuts.
